Our guest house is perfectly
located on the south side of the city. The tram (LUAS) service
can take you to the city centre in 7 minutes or down to Sandyford
(and Leopardstown Racecourse!) in about 10 minutes. We are
also centrally located a short distance from the RDS, The
Point Depot, Lansdowne Road and the National Concert Hall.
