Belgrave Guest House is situated
in an ideal location, only minutes from Dublin's South City
Centre betweeen the Rathmines and Ranelagh areas.
Dublin needs no introduction with hundreds of pubs, restaurants,
shops, cinemas and more to keep visitors busy. However, most
don't have to venture that far to enjoy a good day (or night)
out while staying at Belgrave Guest House.
Both Ranelagh and Rathmines boast a wide variety of restaurants
to suit every budget with most restaurants having menus displayed
outside. Indian, Chinese, Thai and a range of European style
restaurants can be found within short walking distance of
Belgrave House.
A wide range of pubs can also be found in both areas with
styles to suit all tastes. Most also offer some 'pub grub'
until 9pm. The more traditional pubs like Slattery's in Rathmines
or Birchall's in Ranelagh contrast to the modern nightspots
of Toast, Savannagh and Russell's. Finally, when the sun shines,
nothing matches sitting outside the Barge Pub on Ranelagh
bridge overlooking the Grand Canal. |

Make sure to take a relaxing stroll around this unique area.
Beautiful tree lined streets and avenues are lined with Georgian
and Victorian buildings. The main Rathmines and Ranelagh roads
also have a number of small boutiques and galleries worth
a visit.
We are also close to the RDS, the National Concert hall and
the rugby centres of Donnybrook and Lansdowne Road. |
